Four buildings featuring 220 units are planned to be completed as early as 2021
Permit applications were pulled late November 2019 for the Midtown apartment projects signaling that construction could begin very soon. The development will fill several acres next to P&H Cafe, made vacant 10 years ago when the Bellsouth building was demolished across from Minglewood Hall.
The developer, 1544 Madison Partners, comprises the Orgel Family LP, Three Madison Investments, Berlin Boyd, Adam Slovis, Benjamin Orgel, Jay Lindy and Michael McLaughlin. The group is excited to be making progress in turning the vision into a reality and look forward to seeing the impact it will have on Memphis.
