The Clipper is set to include a 250,000sf, 8-story tower with 50,000sf of ground-floor space for restaurants, boutiques, and retail space. The development will also feature an approximate 250-key full-service hotel with best in class food and beverage amenities; a rooftop deck; conferencing center; multi-level parking; activated greenspaces and streetscapes.
