Adam Slovis is a Commercial Real Estate Broker licensed in the state of Tennessee and Mississippi with experience in providing brokerage, development and leasing services, landlord/tenant representation throughout the southeastern United States . Prior to creating Slovis & Associates, LLC, Slovis was with Memphis based owner/developer Belz Enterprises where he was responsible for the leasing and brokerage of over 7.5 million square feet of retail space, as well as the leasing and brokerage services for office, warehouse and land transactions. Slovis specializes in transactions of all sizes and has spent years working on downtown redevelopment, historic properties and new in-fill opportunities and provides consulting and real estate services for all aspects of the commercial real estate industry.

Melanie Tigrett is licensed in the states of Tennessee and Mississippi with experience in lease and contract negotiations in the Southeastern United States. Tigrett's education in business finance and her commercial real estate experience has resulted in providing comprehensive real estate financing for commercial land acquisitions, development, construction, and income-producing properties. Most recently, Tigrett was a commercial real estate lender with Regions Bank where she completed both commercial and residential real estate transactions incorporating tax credit facilitations and bond issuances.
